This Thursday’s HHA Member Meeting includes a live Evolve with Me™ training session.
In this guided, interactive session, you’ll work through timed exercises and reflection prompts alongside an HHA Board Member* who is doing the work with you. This is not a lecture—it’s part co-working, part accountability, and part peer support.
Together, we’ll explore practical self-care practices that support your mind, body, and spirit, while strengthening habits that make your work and relationships more effective.
✨ This meeting also marks a beta preview of HHA’s upcoming 6-month Seed-Level Training Program, launching in March and culminating in a live Practicum Event this September.
