This HHA Member Meeting is a guided practice and integration session designed to support members in applying what was introduced in the prior training.

In this interactive space, you’ll work through a variety of activities to include reflection prompts and peer connection , alongside an HHA Board Member who is practicing with you. This is not a lecture—it’s a blend of co-working, accountability, and community support.

Each session focuses on embodiment and application—helping you translate learning into real-world habits that support your personal well-being, professional presence, and relational effectiveness.

These Board-facilitated meetings are part of HHA’s Seed-Level Training Pathway, offering consistent opportunities to practice, connect, and grow within a values-aligned community.
