ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
A shared promise -- not simply a signature.
By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Holistic Healing Alliance (HHA) Code of Ethics. I commit to upholding these principles in my practice and interactions to maintain my partnership in the HHA. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of my membership.
Partners must complete this requirement as part of the HHA Partner Application process. Vendors, volunteers, facilitators, speakers, and other event collaborators receive the HHA acknowledgment form as part of their event onboarding.
