September's Partners in Purpose Development Theme
Most wellness businesses begin with something deeply personal.
An experience changed us. We discovered a practice that helped. We developed a skill we wanted to share. We saw a need in our community. Or perhaps we simply knew there was something we were meant to offer—even if we couldn't completely explain what it was yet.
And then comes the harder question:
What am I actually building?
Having a gift, a modality, an idea, or even an established practice isn't necessarily the same as having a clear vision for where your work is going.
That's where we're beginning.
September's Development Theme
From Vision to Foundation
September marks the beginning of our 6-Month Business Foundations Cycle within Partners in Purpose.
Over the coming months, we'll move together through six areas of business development:
Vision → Messaging → Visibility → Client Experience → Business Basics → Collaboration
This isn't a course you have to complete from beginning to end.
Connection Partners can enter the cycle wherever we currently are and revisit each area as the cycle repeats and their businesses evolve.
Each month gives us an opportunity to explore one part of our businesses, apply what we're discovering, and consider how HHA might support where we're going.
And we begin with Vision.
Why This Matters
It's difficult to recognize the right opportunity when you aren't clear about what you're trying to create.
You might need education—but about what?
You might want more visibility—but visibility for what?
You may be looking for collaborators—but who would complement what you're building?
You might want to participate in a community wellness experience—but what do you want someone to experience when they encounter your work?
Clarity doesn't mean having every answer.
It means developing enough understanding of what you're building to begin making more intentional decisions about what comes next.
The HHA Application
Our focus this month is:
Clarify what you're building so HHA can help support it.
HHA isn't here to determine your vision for you.
Our role is to create opportunities for learning, relationships, collaboration, visibility, and community participation—and to help you recognize which of those opportunities may align with where you're going.
The more clearly you can communicate what you're building, the more meaningful those connections can become.
First Gathering | Explore
Evolve with Me: Visioning
What are you building—and can you see it clearly enough to move toward it?
We begin September by stepping away from the everyday demands of running our businesses and giving ourselves space to look forward.
Through guided exploration around realization, manifestation, and consciousness, we'll consider what's becoming clearer, what possibilities are emerging, and what we actually want our work to become.
You don't need a perfectly articulated five-year plan.
You simply need somewhere to begin.
Second Gathering | Apply + Exchange
Soul Wisdom Exchange: Blueprint
You've explored the vision. Now, what will help it take shape?
Two weeks later, we'll continue the conversation by moving from possibility toward structure.
Using the Touchstone of Technology, we'll explore achievement, value, and scope as we begin considering the structures that could bring our visions to life.
Soul Wisdom Exchange gives us room to bring those ideas into conversation through collaborative dialogue, mentorship, reflection, and co-working.
The question begins to shift from:
What am I building?
to:
What could help me build it?
Where This Can Lead
This month's work isn't about producing the perfect business plan.
It's about giving HHA—and yourself—a clearer picture of where you're going.
That clarity can help you begin recognizing opportunities for:
Education • Connection • Collaboration • Visibility • HHA Wellness Experiences
Some Partners may discover they need more education. Others may recognize a potential collaboration, identify a clearer way to present their work, see an opportunity to practice, or begin imagining how their work could translate into an HHA community wellness experience.
Different businesses will need different things.
That's the point.
Help us understand what you're building. We'll help you recognize and access the HHA resources, relationships, learning, and opportunities that align with where you're going.
And This Is Only the Beginning
September asks:
What am I building?
In October, we'll move From Voice to Message and begin asking:
How do I help other people understand it?
One question builds upon the next as we strengthen not only our individual businesses, but our ability to show up, connect, collaborate, and serve within community.
Welcome to the journey.
