This Thursday’s HHA Member Meeting includes a live Soul Wisdom Exchange session.

We’ll engage the Touchstone of Teachers to explore how self-care harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit. Through guided prompts and collaborative dialogue, you’ll practice showing up in connection alongside an HHA Board Member who is doing the work with you.

Part co-working, part peer support, this session helps you strengthen confidence in your presence.
